Returns Policy

This policy refers to the return of goods purchased outright either from one of our physical stores or our online store. If you have any further questions please contact the store you purchased the item from and they will assist you.

Full refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to ask our online sales consultants any questions you may have prior to payment.

Consumer Guarantees & Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Goods Damaged on Their Way to You

If upon delivery or pick up of your goods, the product packaging is damaged, or if after unpacking the goods you notice that the product itself is damaged do not accept delivery and we will organise an undamaged product to be re-delivered or a refund if you so choose.

If within 24 hours of delivery you become aware that goods that are damaged i.e. smashed, cracked, dented, scratched, torn or bent beyond reasonable and you have not reported to your store of purchase they may not be refunded if we deem that the goods were damaged after delivery.


If a refund is deemed necessary we will endeavour to process it within 5 business days either via the same method as originally paid; or in the instance where the refund is over $500 via bank transfer if the bank requires this for security reasons. We may require proof of purchase and/or sufficient identification to prove you were the original purchaser.

Refunds will not be processed until any goods related to the refund have been returned in full including instruction manuals and originally accompanying accessories.

Where a refund is authorised for goods that remain unopened, is not due to a major failure under guarantee, and the goods are not deemed to be damaged on their way to you - we reserve the decision to charge a re-stocking fee equal to 20% of the retail value of the goods paid at the time of the sale.
